By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Livvin Flo Retreat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

I understand that Livvin Flo Retreat includes physical activities such as Pilates, movement sessions, breathwork, sound healing, and other wellness experiences. I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, emotional release, or physical strain. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I affirm that I am physically able to participate and will modify or stop any activity if needed.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Livvin Flo, its founders, hosts, instructors, facilitators, volunteers, venue partners (including Deer Meadows Ranch), vendors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat, including overnight accommodations. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or loss.

Guests attending with a Full Retreat Experience ticket are guaranteed indoor sleeping accommodations. Beds and couches are available on a first come, first served basis. Guests may be required to bring their own air mattress or sleeping pad. Livvin Flo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Guests agree to respect the venue, shared spaces, and other attendees.

Livvin Flo Retreat does not provide medical advice or treatment. All wellness experiences are for educational and recreational purposes only. Guests should consult their physician before participating if they have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about physical activity.

Third-party vendors (including tattoo and piercing providers) operate independently. Livvin Flo is not responsible for services provided by vendors. Any services rendered by vendors are solely between the guest and the vendor.

By attending Livvin Flo Retreat, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in content, please notify a host upon arrival.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another guest with prior written notice.

Livvin Flo reserves the right to modify the schedule, facilitators, or programming as needed. Livvin Flo also reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

Guests agree to:
• Treat others with respect
• Follow facilitator guidance
• Respect the venue
• Maintain a supportive, inclusive environment

Any unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Livvin Flo Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
